Built as a Grand Hotel, site of the first public demonstration of the telephone and hastily converted to office space where Lee Harvey Oswald once worked and Marcel Duchamp maintained a Secret Studio after quitting art for chess. Now almost entirely occupied by psychiatrists, healers and Art Deco antiques dealers. "St. Denis" is series of interrelated vignettes taking cues from the life of the building, the surrounding streets and the narratives, anxieties and secrets unpacked daily on floor after floor, in session after session.
